{"id":2176,"date":"2021-09-22T12:11:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-22T10:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todis.aionline.dev\/aktualnosc\/new-todis-application-docflow-is-now-available\/"},"modified":"2023-08-21T16:41:01","modified_gmt":"2023-08-21T14:41:01","slug":"new-todis-application-docflow-is-now-available","status":"publish","type":"aktualnosc","link":"https:\/\/todis.aionline.dev\/en\/aktualnosc\/new-todis-application-docflow-is-now-available\/","title":{"rendered":"New Todis application &#8211; DocFlow &#8211;  is now available!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The DocFlow application allows to optimize company&#39;s&nbsp;operation costs&nbsp;by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reducing&nbsp;the number of errors made by employees,<\/li>\n<li>improving the control of expenses and increasing the quality of assignment,<\/li>\n<li>reducing the amount of&nbsp;time spent&nbsp;on handling purchase invoices,<\/li>\n<li>improving the&nbsp;documents registration and their flow&nbsp;within the company &#8211;&nbsp;they are submitted for verification, approval and assignment in electronic form so&nbsp;their physical flow is completely eliminated,<\/li>\n<li>assignment of clear responsibility for the correct invoice flow and transparency of the approval and assignment process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/todis.aionline.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/dcx.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Assumptions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>access to the application via a&nbsp;web browser,<\/li>\n<li>electronic documents archiving,<\/li>\n<li>multi-stage electronic documents acceptance,<\/li>\n<li>DocFlow is integrated with the iScala system: it gets&nbsp;lexical data from the system (Suppliers, Accounts, VAT codes, payment terms, etc.) and saves them using the Epcior Service Connect tool or directly.<\/li>\n<li>document security is fully ensured.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Document registration<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the document can be entered manually or automatically on the basis of data from OCR (more precisely: on the basis of XML files generated by the OCR application, which are saved in the appropriate file),<\/li>\n<li>attaching the invoice scan,<\/li>\n<li>choosing the right acceptance procedure &#8211;&nbsp;right person in the company,<\/li>\n<li>notifications and alerts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Allocation and acceptance<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>allocation of costs (providing the appopriate data),<\/li>\n<li>single or multi-stage document approval (configurable),<\/li>\n<li>possibility to redirect the acceptance of invoices,<\/li>\n<li>return service (request to change, completion of data),<\/li>\n<li>document flow history &#8211;&nbsp;archiving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Verification and booking:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>document verification by the Accounting Department,<\/li>\n<li>providing possible changes (VAT amount, Tax, etc.),<\/li>\n<li>using the Epicor Service Connect tool or directly (depending on available licenses and Customer preferences).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Electronic invoice flow can be freely expanded and modified at the stage of system implementation and maintenance.
